And do not forget to take into account another important point, the longer the hose, the less the final output of the water (for the layman it seems strange, but in this case the laws of hydrodynamics do not work in our favor). Therefore, having installed a large amount of irrigation elements at a large distance from the water source, there is no need to wait for intensive irrigation.

And here we recall the performance of the pump. If it is low, and on each meter of the hose we lose a certain percentage of pressure, then at the output we can get a weak trickle, which can be watered with a pistol, and it is unlikely that the rotary irrigation is unleashed. So you think about buying a new, more powerful pump. But if the issue of the range is not worth it, you can neglect the rule of the equality of diameters and take the 1/2 ″ hose with a larger output diameter.
